• Points Rules:1 Standard Lot = 10 Points. No points for deposits.

• a. Points are calculated by email address (not by individual MT4 accounts, regardless of account type);

• b. Forex and Precious Metals are counted at 1:1, i.e. 1 traded lot equals 1 Standard Lot;

• c. Indices, Crude Oil and Cryptocurrencies are counted at 10:1, i.e. 10 traded lots equal 1 Standard Lot;

• d. Trading lots of stock products are not included in trading volume calculation;

• e. Only orders held for 2 minutes or longer will accrue points.

• Points Issuance: Points from the previous day are issued on the next business day.

• Shipping Schedule: Purchases are processed 1 to 2 times per week. Generally, products will be shipped within 7 business days after order submission.

• Account holders may redeem items in the Points Mall via the Client Portal. Points are non-transferable.

• TMGM reserves the final right of interpretation for the Points Mall function and mall gifts.

• If TMGM has reasonable grounds to believe you are abusing the Points Mall (including unacceptable, unreasonable, fraudulent or illegal usage such as high-frequency trading, or breach of your obligations under TMGM policies), we may immediately terminate or suspend your eligibility.

• TMGM reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a trading account is eligible to earn points and/or coupons in the Points Mall. We may restrict eligibility for certain trading accounts, for example accounts participating in other TMGM promotions.

• For full terms and conditions, please refer to the latest applicable TMGM Rewards Terms and Conditions. This agreement shall prevail for all final rules.
